Join us for the Heart-Centered Meditation Advanced Retreat on January 30, 31 & February 1, Friday-Sunday at the Mount Vernon Canyon Club in Golden, Colorado.

REGISTRATION NOW OPEN! 2026 Heart-Centered Meditation Advanced Retreat January 30, 31 & February 1, Friday - Sunday afternoon 2 yrs HCM practice required to attend. Non-residential retreat

$950 Registration includes 3-day HCM Retreat and MVCC lunches and dinners. Registration to be received on or before Saturday, January 17. After Sat., Jan 17, late registration cost is $1,050. Registration is non-refundable or transferable.

Course details:
• 9:00am tea, coffee, water service in the morning
• 9:30am Morning Session starts
• 8:30 pm Evening Session ends Friday & Saturday
• 4:00 pm Sunday - Retreat Ends

Delicious Food! You will be contacted for your meal selections one week after you register. 2 options are chosen for each meal, lunch and dinner. One gluten and dairy free with meat, the other vegan.

Bring meditation cushions and mats, and a comfy blanket if you wish to rest in the room between sessions. The lounge will also be available to enjoy around session times. Wear layered clothing and hike-able shoes or boots for walks outside and guided movement, weather permitting.
